Job Title: Recruiter
Location: 16703 Early Riser Ave, Suite 229, Land O Lakes, FL 34638
Compensation: $18.00–$22.00/hour, plus commission
Schedule: Full-time | In-Person | Monday–Friday

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Recruiter to join our team in Land O Lakes, FL. This in-person role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and representing our company at hiring events. You must have dependable personal transportation, as the office is not accessible by public transit, and be available to work on-site five days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer

• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews

• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• Attend job fairs, career days, and other offsite hiring events

• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and recruitment strategy

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal procedures

• Support onboarding and employee communication processes as needed

What You Bring:

• 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, or HR experience preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Willingness to attend occasional evening or weekend events

• Familiarity with ATS systems (Tracker is a plus)

• Reliable transportation and full in-office availability

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
