Creative Project Coordinator
Location: Ybor City Corporate Office (onsite, not remote)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Type: Temp-to-Perm
Pay Range: $65,000 – $80,000 (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Creative Project Coordinator to manage creative asset development projects from concept to completion. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at process management, resource coordination, and timeline execution. You’ll partner with senior creative leaders and cross-functional teams to keep projects running smoothly while maintaining high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Coordinate creative projects, including digital assets, marketing materials, brand collateral, and multimedia content
Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools (Smartsheet preferred)
Track progress, identify roadblocks, and keep stakeholders informed
Facilitate project kick-offs and ongoing status updates
Creative Collaboration
Serve as a liaison between creative teams and internal stakeholders
Translate creative briefs into actionable project plans
Coordinate reviews, proofing cycles, and version control in SharePoint
Support creative teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Communication & Documentation
Prepare briefs, status reports, and project documentation
Facilitate cross-departmental meetings and creative review sessions
Maintain clear, professional communication with internal teams and external partners
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field (experience may offset degree)
2–4 years’ experience in project coordination, preferably in creative or marketing environments
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
Proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, etc.)
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
Experience with digital asset management systems/file sharing platforms
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in advertising, marketing, or creative agency environments
Knowledge of brand management and creative asset development workflows
Familiarity with digital marketing channels and content creation
