Job Order – Evening Custodian
Position: Evening Custodian

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Location: 11600 9th St N, St. Petersburg, FL 33716

Pay: $19/hour 

Type: Temp-to-Perm

Duties & Responsibilities
Sweep, mop, scrub, and/or vacuum building floors
Gather and empty trash
Service, clean, and supply restrooms
Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
Dust furniture, walls, and surfaces (vertical & horizontal)
Notify management of needed repairs or building issues
Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas
Request cleaning/maintenance supplies as needed
Perform general labor and miscellaneous tasks as assigned

Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
2–3 years of verifiable commercial cleaning experience
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to read, write, and follow instructions
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Team player with ability to work independently when needed
Basic knowledge of cleaning products (or willing to learn)
Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs occasionally
Must be able to accommodate an overnight schedule
