Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to support our distribution center operations. This role is responsible for providing excellent service to customers, dealers, and sales teams while ensuring accurate and timely order management. The ideal candidate has customer service experience, works well with sales/warehouse teams, and preferably has AS400 experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries via phone and email.
Process orders, returns, credits, cancellations, and addendums.
Track shipments and check inventory.
Support dealers and sales managers with product info, pricing, and order status.
Research and resolve customer issues; escalate as needed.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and open issue logs.
Attend weekly meetings and training sessions.
Ensure all tasks are completed with accuracy, detail, and timeliness.
Requirements:
2+ year customer service experience (required).
AS400 experience highly preferred.
Experience working with sales and warehouse teams a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Problem solver, team player, dependable, and detail-oriented.
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Not eligible for candidates with felonies or frequent job changes.

Office/distribution center setting, business casual attire.
