Payroll Administrator
Location: MULTIPLE LOCATIONS (On-site)
Pay Rate: (based on experience)
We’re hiring a Payroll Administrator to support weekly payroll processing and assist with day-to-day administrative functions related to payroll. The right candidate has at least one year of payroll experience, solid Excel skills, and is looking for a role with long-term potential. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Process weekly payroll using Paycor or a similar platform; enter and verify employee hours, deductions, and adjustments; respond to basic employee payroll questions and help resolve issues; maintain accurate payroll records and reports; support other administrative and HR-related tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For: At least 1 year of payroll experience; comfortable using Excel (intermediate skills or better); strong attention to detail and follow-through; ability to meet deadlines and manage recurring weekly tasks; high school diploma or equivalent (associate degree is a plus); bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with payroll compliance and wage laws; handling garnishments, child support, and unemployment claims; year-end reporting (W-2s, 1099s); and optimizing payroll workflows and reporting tools.
