Customer Care Representative
Location: Houston, TX 77040 (parking available)
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Dress Code: Business Casual
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in customer service.
AS400 experience highly preferred.
Experience collaborating with sales and warehouse teams is a plus.
High school diploma required; BA preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
Provide product information, pricing, and order support.
Process returns, credits, replacements, and order changes.
Track shipments, check inventory, and manage order status.
Use AS400, electronic catalogs, and company systems to support operations.
Maintain service standards and escalate unresolved issues when needed.
Participate in team meetings and training.
