Trusts & Estates (T&E) Legal Assistant
Location: 100% In-Office
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (7.5 hours/day)
Support Structure: Will support 2–3 attorneys
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Trusts & Estates Legal Assistant to join our legal team in a full-time, in-office capacity. This role requires a minimum of 1–2 years of experience specifically in Trusts & Estates (T&E) law, and is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and legal support to 2–3 attorneys specializing in Trusts & Estates.
Draft and prepare correspondence, legal documents, and probate forms.
Maintain client files and case management systems.
Schedule appointments, manage attorney calendars, and coordinate meetings.
Assist with estate planning documents, trust administration, and court filings.
Interact professionally with clients, courts, and third parties.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1–2 years of Trusts & Estates legal assistant experience required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a 100% in-office environment.
