We are actively searching for a seasoned and skilled Maintenance Technician to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our communities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a multi-family setting, possess excellent technical skills, and be committed to maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.
Your daily job:
• Maintenance Repairs: Conduct general maintenance repairs and ensure the functionality of various systems within the property.
• Unit Preparation: Prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring they meet the standards for move-in.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize HVAC 608 Certification and demonstrate proficiency in electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work area, ensuring the community operates according to safety standards.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors to address maintenance issues promptly.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the service team to enhance curb appeal and uphold high standards for the property.
Requirements:
• HVAC 608 Certification is a MUST.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance and team supervision.
