Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct property tours and highlight community features to prospective residents.
• Accurately complete leasing documentation and process rental deposits.
• Ensure all model and vacant apartments are market-ready and presentable.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of lease terms, community policies, property layouts, and amenities.
• Apply effective sales strategies to close leases and meet occupancy goals.
• Stay informed on market conditions and trends to remain competitive.
• Monitor and analyze pricing, specials, and offerings of competitor properties.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with local businesses and apartment locator services.
• Execute outreach marketing campaigns to generate traffic and brand awareness.
• Understand and implement all screening criteria, application procedures, and leasing policies.
• Coordinate and support resident retention initiatives and renewal processes.
• Professionally address resident inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
• Assist with rent collection and follow up on delinquent accounts.
• Ensure accurate and organized records for residents and property operations.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing Laws and Landlord-Tenant regulations.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in leasing or a similar role within the apartment or property management industry.
• Proficiency with property management software such as RealPage, LRO, Entrata, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• College degree preferred but not required.
