Position: Customer Care Representative
Location: Buford, GA 30518
Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $19.00–$19.50/hour
Start Date: ASAP

AS400 experience is highly preferred
Customer service experience required
Experience working with sales and warehouse teams is a plus

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Care Representative to join a distribution center in Buford, GA. This role involves supporting clients and internal departments to ensure service levels are met and expectations are exceeded.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Navigate AS400 system (training provided if necessary)
Provide support for dealers and territory managers
Process demo requests, credits, returns, parts orders, and warranty claims
Track shipments and check inventory
Submit order changes or cancellations (with supervisor assistance)
Process order addendums and maintain issue logs
Escalate unresolved issues as needed
Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training
Maintain daily communication with supervisor
Meet performance benchmarks for response times
Perform other duties as assigned
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Effective problem-solving abilities
Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accurate data entry
1+ years of related customer service experience
Familiarity with AS400 preferred
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Military experience may be considered in lieu of education/experience
