CNC Machine Operator

Location: Port Richey, FL (U.S. 19, ZIP Code 34652)
Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary-to-Permanent
Schedule: Four 10-Hour Shifts, Monday–Thursday
Shift Options: AM Shift or PM Shift
Pay Rate: Depending on Experience (DOE)

Job Summary:
We are hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team in Port Richey, Florida. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity offering consistent 10-hour shifts with the option to choose between AM or PM shifts.

The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude, 2–3 years of machine operation experience, and is capable of setting up, programming, and operating production machinery. Experience with ISO standards or other quality systems is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, program, and operate CNC machines, lathes, and other production equipment.
• Monitor machines and make real-time adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measurement tools.
• Perform routine maintenance and follow all machine safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of machine operation or manufacturing experience required.
• CNC machine experience is a plus.
• Ability to read technical documents and use precision measuring tools.
• Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• ISO or quality system experience is a plus.
