We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team. If you have a passion for customer service, a knack for sales, and a drive to succeed, we’d love to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct apartment tours for prospective residents and highlight community features.

  • Accurately complete leasing paperwork and process rental deposits.

  • Ensure model apartments are always ready for showings.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of lease terms, community policies, and property details.

  • Apply proven sales techniques and effective closing strategies.

  • Stay current on market trends, pricing, and competitor communities.

  • Build and maintain relationships with apartment locator services and local businesses.

  • Conduct regular market surveys to assess competitor offerings.

  • Understand and apply rental application guidelines, screening processes, and leasing policies.

  • Participate in weekly outreach marketing efforts.

  • Develop and execute resident retention initiatives to boost lease renewals.

  • Maintain accurate records for residents and the property.

  • Respond to resident questions, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

  • Assist in the collection of delinquent rent.

  • Ensure compliance with Landlord-Tenant Laws and Fair Housing Regulations.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the multifamily/apartment industry in a leasing or similar role.

  • Proficiency in RealPage/LRO, Entrata, or similar property management software.

  • Strong customer service skills and a sales-oriented mindset.

  • College degree preferred but not required.

  • Valid Driver’s License.

  • Bilingual skills are a plus.

  • Knowledge of Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant Laws is required.
