Support daily community operations and financial performance
Lead with high energy and excellent customer service
Oversee leasing, collections, and resident satisfaction
Collaborate with leadership to drive community success
Requirements:
3+ years as Assistant Manager, 2+ years leasing experience
Strong collections & communication skills
Property management software knowledge (Entrata/Avid)
Bilingual a plus!
