HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Full-Time, On-Site (Pinellas County, FL)
Are you a strategic HR professional looking to make an impact? We’re seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and help align business goals with people strategies. This role is a key advisor to leadership, driving performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing strategic HR guidance.
Analyze HR data and workforce trends to develop proactive solutions.
Manage employee relations, including investigations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Partner with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.
Oversee onboarding, training, and engagement initiatives.
Administer core HR programs including performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
Promote a culture of inclusion and belonging across the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Required).
PHR or SHRM-CP certification (Required).
3–5 years of HR experience in a business partner or generalist role (Manufacturing or Distribution industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms (ADP Workforce Now preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment:
100% on-site role based in Pinellas County, FL (Local candidates only).
Standard Monday-Friday, daytime hours.
