We are seeking a highly motivated Client Success Manager with a strong engineering background and sales expertise to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their success with our products and services. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Leverage engineering knowledge to effectively communicate product capabilities and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive customer adoption and maximize value.
  • Conduct client training, onboarding, and product demonstrations to ensure successful implementation.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, increasing revenue from existing accounts.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns to ensure long-term success.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance product offerings based on client insights.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to improve customer retention and engagement
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong technical background with an understanding of engineering concepts and applications.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of driving customer success and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address technical and business challenges effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM tools and customer success platforms is a plus.
