Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Drill Press Operator to join our team in Tarpon Springs, FL (34689). The ideal candidate will have experience operating a drill press and be proficient in reading blueprints, tape measures, and calipers to ensure precise measurements and high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a drill press to drill, tap, and countersink materials according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy in drilling and assembly.
• Use tape measures and calipers to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Inspect finished products to maintain quality standards.
• Maintain and perform basic maintenance on drill press equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Drill Press Operator or in a similar machining role.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, tape measures, and calipers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
