Job Description
The Senior Project Manager (Civil Engineer) leads multiple land development projects from concept through construction. This role requires strong leadership, client relationship management, and technical expertise to ensure project success while exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee civil engineering aspects of master-planned residential developments, with experience in commercial, industrial, and municipal projects considered.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through direct engagement, networking, and consistent communication.
- Develop project scopes, timelines, fee schedules, and proposals.
- Manage due diligence reports, assessing development potential in collaboration with external consultants.
- Work with in-house planning teams to develop concept plans.
- Lead and coordinate teams for construction plan preparation, approval processes, and compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Oversee financial aspects of projects, including invoicing, profitability tracking, and accounts receivable.
- Mentor and support staff growth, contributing to team recruitment and development.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; EIT required, FL PE license preferred.
- Experience: 5–10 years as a Project Manager in civil engineering, with strong preference for master-planned community development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Project.

- Effective time management for handling multiple complex projects.
