Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced MIG Welder to join our team in Tampa, FL. This temp-to-perm position involves welding carbon steel structural frames, requiring precision and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on carbon steel structural frames following technical specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding procedures.
• Set up welding equipment, ensuring proper voltage, wire speed, and gas flow.
• Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and structural integrity.
• Grind, smooth, and finish welds as needed for quality control.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following all safety protocols.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines.

Requirements:

• Experience with MIG welding (1+ years preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Strong understanding of welding techniques for carbon steel.
• Experience using grinders, saws, and other metalworking tools.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials as needed.
