Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Odessa, FL
Pay: $17 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch break)

About the Role
Are you someone who can handle working in environments with a range of smells, both good and bad? We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Odessa, FL. You will play a vital role in maintaining smooth warehouse operations, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments.

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.

• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records.

• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, if certified.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant warehouse.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous food safety/ warehouse/ forklift experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Required: Comfortable working in environments with strong smells, both pleasant and unpleasant.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Reliable transportation to and from work.

• Team player with a positive attitude.
