Location: Wesley Chapel/Lutz, FL 33559 (Compark 75)
Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Full-time or Part-time, flexible hours between 8 AM – 5 PM (Job length depends on the number of hours worked per week.)

Job Description:

JMI Resource is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable HR Clerical Assistant to support our HR department with employee records management and document processing. This role requires HR administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately transcribe and digitize employee records from paper files into the HR document management system.
  • Scan, upload, and categorize employee records while maintaining an organized filing system.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Utilize HR software and document management systems efficiently.
  • Ensure all records are accurate, up-to-date, and processed in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR, clerical, or administrative support is strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in data entry, typing, and document management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently while following instructions.
