Location: Temple Terrace, FL
Pay Rate: $15/hour

Join our team as a Porter and be a vital part of ensuring our community is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. We prioritize the growth and development of our staff, offering an exceptional training program designed to cultivate leadership skills. You’ll work closely with our Maintenance Team and other service teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety standards.

Daily Job Responsibilities

• Maintain recreational and common areas, keeping them clean and organized.
• Assist with cleanouts and waste removal to keep the community tidy and appealing.
• Ensure your work area is clean and safe, following all safety protocols and regulations.
• Adopt a proactive approach and "can-do" attitude in your work.
• Collaborate with residents, team members, and supervisors to address concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections of grounds, buildings, and community features to identify and resolve maintenance and cleanliness issues.
• Work with the service team to enhance curb appeal and resident satisfaction.
• Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned to support community needs.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting and carrying items.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus.
