Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned and skilled Assistant Community Director to join our team. In this role, you will manage the daily operations of an apartment community, oversee financial performance, and maintain a high-energy, positive environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about delivering exceptional service and achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of an apartment community to ensure financial growth and operational excellence.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, staff, and vendors.
• Handle leasing activities, rent collections, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with the Community Director to develop and implement strategic plans.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager and 2 years of leasing experience.
• Strong customer service and collection management skills.
• Bilingual skills are a plus!
• Proficiency in property management software such as Entrata or Avid.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
• Valid Driver's License.
• College degree preferred but not required.
