Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, cutting, shaping, assembling, and welding materials to create high-quality products. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, precision, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Material Preparation: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
• Fabrication: Cut, shape, and assemble materials using tools such as saws, grinders, shears, welders, and other machinery.
• Welding & Assembly: Perform various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick, etc.) to assemble components and ensure strong, durable joins.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products for accuracy, durability, and conformance to specifications. Address any defects or inconsistencies.
• Tool Maintenance: Maintain and calibrate equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members, supervisors, and engineers to complete projects on time and to specifications.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED; technical training in fabrication, welding, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a fabricator, welder, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using fabrication tools and machinery.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and tools.
