Customer Care Specialist
Location: Lenexa, KS | Pay: $21–22 /hr | Type: Full-Time, Immediate
Customer Support: Field phone & email inquiries; meet “Time to Reply” targets; log & escalate issues
Order Processing: Enter new orders, addenda, cancellations, credits, returns & charge-backs
Inventory & Shipping: Check stock, track shipments, update clients
Product Knowledge: Navigate our ERP and online catalog to provide accurate pricing & specs
Team Collaboration: Attend weekly meetings, support small projects, and assist with labor reimbursements
6+ years in customer care OR equivalent combination of education/training
3–5 years of hands-on AS400 (or similar ERP) experience within the last 3–5 years
Excellent verbal & written communication
Strong problem-solving, multitasking & prioritization skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Comfort with basic calculations and technical diagrams
