Customer Care Specialist
Location: Lenexa, KS | Pay: $21–22 /hr | Type: Full-Time, Immediate


What You’ll Do

  • Customer Support: Field phone & email inquiries; meet “Time to Reply” targets; log & escalate issues

  • Order Processing: Enter new orders, addenda, cancellations, credits, returns & charge-backs

  • Inventory & Shipping: Check stock, track shipments, update clients

  • Product Knowledge: Navigate our ERP and online catalog to provide accurate pricing & specs

  • Team Collaboration: Attend weekly meetings, support small projects, and assist with labor reimbursements


What You Bring

  • 6+ years in customer care OR equivalent combination of education/training

  • 3–5 years of hands-on AS400 (or similar ERP) experience within the last 3–5 years

  • Excellent verbal & written communication

  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking & prioritization skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Comfort with basic calculations and technical diagrams
