Field Service Technician (Windows & Doors)

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid - 70% Travel)

Position Overview

On behalf of our client, Innovative Outsourcing is seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to maintain and service a premium portfolio of luxury custom steel doors and windows. This field-based role involves traveling nationwide to perform technical troubleshooting, high-quality repairs, and on-site installation adjustments for premium thermally broken steel systems.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site troubleshooting, diagnostic evaluations, and high-quality repairs on premium steel window and door systems across the country.
• Analyze and rectify installation defects, specifically targeting commercial hardware components like locks, handles, closers, and panic bars.
• Prepare comprehensive field service documentation and maintain seamless communication channels with corporate staff and clientele.
• Coordinate travel itineraries (including flights, lodging, and vehicle rentals) utilizing corporate administrative backing.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated track record in the installation and maintenance of windows and doors, with prior experience in high-end fenestration or specialized commercial hardware preferred.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel nationwide extensively, encompassing roughly two-thirds of the schedule.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Reside within a 50-mile radius of midtown Atlanta, GA.
• Exceptional diagnostic capabilities paired with a strong focus on client satisfaction.

Compensation & Perks
