Innovative Outsourcing is excited to partner with our client, Your Wealth Advisors, to hire a client-focused Financial Planner to join this dynamic and rapidly growing boutique investment and wealth management firm. As an important part of the team, you will provide top-notch investment and wealth management advice tailored specifically to clients’ needs and will be located at their newest office location in Cumming, GA. Schedule: Full Time

Compensation: 60-90K, draw plus commission and bonuses

Requirements: Series 65 and or Series 7 and 66 / Life and Health License for GA

Job Description:

As a Financial Planner with Your Wealth Advisors, you’ll have the opportunity to create customized financial plans while building meaningful, long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of financial concepts and products, estate planning, Fixed Index Annuities while ensuring that our clients receive exceptional guidance aligned with their financial aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and ensure repeat business.
  • Educate clients on Fixed Indexed Annuities, their benefits, and suitability for their financial goals.
  • Conduct thorough financial needs assessments to develop customized investment strategies.
  • Manage client accounts, providing ongoing support and service.
  • Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes related to annuities and investment products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of services.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  •  2-4 years experience in sales of Investments and Annuities, Estate Planning is a plus
  • Valid state insurance license (life and annuity).
  • Series 65 or Series 66 license preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial sales, preferably in an advisory role.
  • Strong understanding of Fixed Indexed Annuities and investment products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ethical standards and a commitment to client satisfaction.
