Job Title: Interim Part-Time Accounts Payable (A/P) Assistant
Location: Conyers, GA
Duration: Approximately 3 months (Interim Role)
Compensation: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Position Summary
Innovative Outsourcing is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly efficient Interim Part-Time A/P Assistant to support the accounting team at a Conyers, GA-based commercial contractor. This is a n Accounts Payable role, with very minimal general accounting work. The ideal candidate must be able to hit the floor running to help the A/P person catch up on a backlog of work related to a NetSuite integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume, Accounts Payable tasks.
- Process NetSuite entries and work actively with the NetSuite system.
- Assist with the company's required 13-week cash flow, utilizing A/P transactions.
- Voucher supplier invoices and ensure accurate data entry.
- Reconcile receipts with Purchase Orders (POs).
- Reconcile multiple credit card purchases against credit card statements.
- Assist with the pay run process if needed.
- Perform any other A/P tasks required to address the current backlog.
Schedule & Logistics
- Employment Type: Part-Time (PT), approximately 25-28 hours per week.
- Hours: Flexible, but must be consistent daily.
- Location: 100% onsite.
- Reporting: Officially reports to the Controller, with daily direction provided by the A/P specialist.
Qualifications & Desired Attributes
- Required: Must have experience using NetSuite software.
- Required: Proven Accounts Payable experience.
- Preferred: Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus.
- A candidate who is focused, organized, and capable of working independently on a heavy workload is necessary.
