Innovative Outsourcing is excited to partner with our client Jacobs Law, a boutique estate planning law firm, in a search for an Office Manager to join their team. The Office Manager oversees the firm’s day-to-day administrative operations to ensure an efficient, professional, and well-organized work environment. This role manages administrative staff, supports attorneys and leadership with operational needs, and ensures that internal processes run smoothly. The Office Manager serves as the central point of coordination for office workflows, vendor relationships, facilities management, and administrative policy implementation.
The firm is located in the Perimeter Mall area and the normal work hours are M-F 8am to 5pm. Work is performed totally onsite. However, summers tend to be slower so the firm offers the wonderful benefit of half-day Fridays during the summer months! And the office is closed for a week at the end of the year so that their employees can enjoy the holidays with their families.
This small team shares responsibilities, so they are looking for a new teammate who is flexible, willing to wear a lot of hats, and willing to jump in and help others as needed. The right candidates should be Mac-proficient, technology savvy, and willing to learn and embrace the many technologies used by this firm.
