We are currently recruiting for a Wealth Management Associate to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of financial services experience who is passionate about financial planning and eager to build a long-term career in the industry. This is not a sales role — the right candidate will be motivated by supporting clients and advisors through detailed planning and excellent service.
Role Summary
The Wealth Management Associate will provide critical support to advisors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and an outstanding client experience. This includes preparing planning materials, handling service requests, assisting with client onboarding, managing meeting follow-ups, and supporting financial plan development. This role is designed for someone to be the “second chair” in client meetings, understanding the details of financial planning, and providing comprehensive support.
Primary Responsibilities
- Financial Planning
- Develop financial plans using planning software (e.g., eMoney or MoneyGuidePro), demonstrating extensive experience
- Continually expand and modernize their financial planning process by leveraging technology and best practices
- Develop expertise in all areas of financial planning
- Client Experience
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance client experience
- Assist advisors in the management of client relationships
- Client Service
- Prepare for client meetings, including reviewing the financial plan, agenda and previous client notes
- Attend all client meetings alongside the lead advisor, focusing on detailed financial planning aspects.
- Manage and execute all follow-up tasks arising from client meetings
- Help team to ensure our clients have world-class onboarding experience
- Support cash management process including wires, RMDs, etc.
- Other operational duties as assigned by the team
- Build and maintain client records in CRM and custodial platforms.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Highly competitive, ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, with potential for performance-based bonuses. Compensation is negotiable, based on your experience and skills.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a wealth management, RIA, or financial planning firm
- CFP® certification or actively pursuing CFP® certification (expected within 3-6 months) required
- Has already passed the SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 exams
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred
- Extensive experience with financial planning software (e.g., eMoney or MoneyGuidePro)
- Detail-oriented with a client-first mindset and strong organizational skills
- Professional and team-oriented communication style
- Generates innovative ideas and possesses the ability to plan and execute them
