Position Overview
This is a professional position that will support the Operations Manager and firm advisors. Primary function is to assist in various projects including meeting preparation and creating and processing new client paperwork. Secondary function is to back up the receptionist when she is out of the office. This would include greeting visitors, answering the phone, scheduling appointments and handling face-to-face inquiries. Often the Receptionist will supply information regarding the organization to the public, clients and customers. Thorough computer and technology skills are essential with the ability to quickly learn new software. Ideal candidate must have the ability to utilize critical thinking skills, work independently, and anticipate firm needs and client questions.

Always be ready to provide a helping hand with cleaning, lifting, and any other office maintenance or improvements that are required (i.e. KP rotation, office clean up)
Requirements:
Compensation: $50,000 - $53,000, based on experience
