As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across various functions and levels. You will have both a strategic and operational focus that will require close partnership with the leadership team and hiring managers in order to understand their needs and goals, and to ensure you are using the most effective talent acquisition practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers and closing candidates for both high-volume and specialized roles.
- Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement creative and effective sourcing strategies (including direct sourcing, networking, job boards, social media, and employee referrals) to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Management Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and team dynamics. Provide consultative support, ensuring alignment on recruitment strategies and goals at both the strategic and operational levels.
- Strategic Contribution: Work closely with leadership to align recruiting strategies with company objectives and workforce planning. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
- Operational Excellence: Manage the daily recruitment activities, ensuring a smooth process from candidate outreach to offer acceptance. Balance both strategic and operational responsibilities to deliver timely, high-quality hires.
- Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring transparent communication, timely feedback, and a smooth process from interview to offer acceptance.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and market conditions, specifically in the automotive sector, to provide insights and drive improvements in recruitment strategies.
- Employer Branding: Represent this company as a brand ambassador in the talent marketplace and promote company culture and values through recruitment efforts.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Use data and metrics to track recruiting performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver actionable insights to the leadership team.
- Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruiters and recruitment coordinators, ensuring a high standard of work and professional development.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on multi-level positions including senior-level and executive recruitment.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience recruiting in industries with sales and service positions, including technicians and mechanics.
- Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing techniques. Expertise in closing candidates.
- Communication: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to think strategically and solve complex recruiting challenges.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Compensation:
- Base salary of $80,000-$90,000 dependent on experience
- Opportunity for performance-based bonuses
