Our client is a trusted leader in consulting services for business owners that generates business through independent sales professionals who use the company’s proven methodology and cutting-edge tools to attract new clients. They are looking for a remote, part-time Sales Coach/Consultant to support and nurture their network of independent sales professionals.  If you're a seasoned sales professional or have experience in a similar corporate role, and you're looking for part-time, remote work where you can nurture and empower a sales team, this opportunity is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

You primary responsibility would be to:

• Work with independent salespeople to establish sales goals and activity targets to reach those goals 
• Encourage the independent salespeople to stay on pace with their plan.  
• Interview new candidates and coordinate their on-boarding and training activities.  
• Build relationships and maintain mindshare with the independent salespeople and keep them current on the client’s product and service offerings.
• Provide ongoing support via answering questions and providing advice to help move their prospects through the sales funnel

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree required.
• Seasoned professional with 10+ years experience in sales management and coaching; experience in sales management within professional services is a plus.
• Coaching Certifications a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

Additional Details and Compensation:

• Virtual part-time position, 10-15 hours per week.
• Provide prompt and proactive support, ensuring responses to sales professionals within 24 hours.
• Hourly rate of $40-50 per hour, based upon relevant experience.
