Our client, located in the
Sandy Springs area (near Roswell Road/Windsor Parkway), has a great opportunity for a process-driven person excited to work for a small, team-oriented
specialty insurance agency specializing in the energy, private equity, and heavy industrials industry.
In your role as a
Senior Account Manager, you will enjoy administration work that’s process and system-driven; this valuable support work assists four Account Executives of a
great Risk Advisory firm.
Work Environment: Training will be conducted in the office. Then, the position can be worked in a hybrid capacity dependent on performance. Your day-to-day
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES will be to:
- Work directly with clients, underwriters, adjusters, wholesale brokers, etc. with little supervision on the day-to-day activities
- Work as a team leader, with Client Service Representative(s), Jr. Account Manager (s), and Staff level Account Manager(s) reporting to them.
- Support a team in servicing key client insurance accounts
- Contribute to organizing and managing the shared team files including client file, policies, invoicing, and binders
- Process tasks, to include submissions, applications, policy checking, client invoices, endorsements, certificates, coverage policies, finance agreements, audits, as well as monthly installment and direct bill invoices
- Follow up on client file documentation regarding insurance action items, outstanding issues and tasks
- Order and review loss runs and claim status reports and assist with preparation of loss summaries
- Support in file maintenance day-to-day tasks such as copying, archiving, filing, etc.
- Travel (<5%) and would be based in Client’s office in Sandy Springs.
Your background and skill set will include these JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience handling Property & Casualty insurance; ideally familiar with placing multiple types of coverages. (10 – 15 Years)
- Experience with other energy types, heavy industrials, construction, contractors, etc.
- Experience placing coverages in both domestic and international markets (i.e. working with London brokers)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- Be proactive and communicative in order to maintain positive and effective working relationships with clients and team members
SALARY: $90,000+ based upon relevant experience; PLUS an attractive bonus/incentive plan
