Our client, a global leader in the sheet metal industry, is adding a Human Resources
Manager to their fast-growing team. This role is perfect for a candidate with strong experience in leading employee development, managing employee relations, and talent acquisition.
The Human Resources Manager will be a key player in handling all facets of human resources, with a focus on recruiting top talent, fostering employee growth, and maintaining positive workplace relations. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in full-cycle recruitment, employee engagement, conflict resolution, and ensuring HR compliance. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Design and manage competitive salary structures, benefit programs, and incentives to attract and retain top talent
- Develop and implement employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace environment, enhance job satisfaction, and build a strong organizational culture.
- Help create employee development plans and career progression paths to provide employees the opportunity for career growth and development.
- Lead the management of employee onboarding to ensure a great employee experience and provide them with the tools they need to succeed in their role.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and management.
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Conduct data analysis of workforce/company trends to help improve employee retention, performance, and other HR metrics.
- Support managers in the performance review process, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Enhance and optimize ADP software to better meet the needs of our growing organization.
- Advise management on HR policies and best practices to maintain compliance with labor laws.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations and talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
COMPENSATION: $90-95k
