Now, they are seeking a talented Fractional Chief People Officer to join their dynamic team in Alpharetta and help them continue their upward trajectory. 

(This position is fully on-site, with the expectations of working 20 hours per week.  This role may develop into a full time position with benefits in the future.)

As a vital member of the executive leadership team, this role encompasses all facets of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, leadership development, performance management, and compliance. This position calls for a proactive, data-driven leader who can design and implement robust HR systems and processes, provide strategic guidance, and create a supportive environment for employees—all while driving the organization’s growth and success. The ideal candidate will have strategic HR leadership experience, including guiding organizations through periods of rapid growth and expansion.

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Guidance and Leadership 
  • Partner with the leadership team to develop and implement a scalable people strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  • Provide insights on what is needed to support the organization as it scales.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team on all human capital matters. 
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment 
  • Design and execute an effective recruiting strategy and process to meet growing workforce needs.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to ensure a streamlined and successful hiring process.
  • Drive succession planning and leadership development initiatives. 
HR Systems and Infrastructure 
  • Assess and transition from the current PEO to an HRIS system, including payroll systems and benefits administration.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for implementing systems that enhance HR functionality and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience managing payroll and benefits platforms is a plus. 

Compliance and Risk Management 

  • Evaluate current policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and minimize risk.
  • Develop and update policies to align with legal requirements and best practices. 
Employee Relations and Engagement 
  • Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for employees, fostering open communication and a positive workplace environment.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that reflects the organization’s values.
  • Create avenues for employees to voice concerns and provide feedback effectively. 
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least ten years of strategic human resource management experience is required
  • SHRM certifications a plus
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
  • Proficiency in implementing HRIS systems a plus

Compensation:  $68-75 per hour based upon experience
