Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior International Sales Manager to define and execute a global sales strategy outside of the United States, driving growth through both new and existing partnerships. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define, execute, and effectively communicate a comprehensive sales strategy and operational plans for international markets.
  • Achieve top-line sales growth by managing existing partnerships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Expand sales within existing markets and explore new commercial opportunities to increase global revenue.
  • Analyze industry trends and product landscapes to inform sales strategies.
  • Report on geo-economic and geo-political factors influencing sales results and take necessary actions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and internal teams to foster collaboration and process improvement.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and maximize sales performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Leverage market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring effective trading operations and positive supplier relationships.
  • Maximize company profitability by setting sales forecasts, delivering on quotas, and achieving annual targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing international sales team and distributor network.
  • Review and hold distributors accountable for sales performance and technical expertise in alignment with company objectives.
  • Communicate key performance indicators and updates to business-wide stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align business goals and deliver on the company's strategic vision.
  • Establish sales objectives, forecasting sales volumes, and projecting profitability for both current and new products.
  • Continuously monitor and adapt sales strategies to market conditions and emerging trends.
  • Accurately forecast future sales and implement plans to stay competitive in changing markets.
  • Provide regular business insights to cross-functional teams, including customer segmentation and market trends.

Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is highly preferred.
  • Formal sales training and certifications are a plus.
  • Fluency in at least one foreign language in addition to English; Spanish is preferred.
  • Proven track record in international sales, partner management, and business development.
  • Demonstrated success in driving commercial growth and identifying new revenue opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing high-value contracts.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on motivating and developing sales teams.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and maximize profitability.
  • In-depth knowledge of multi-channel sales strategies and key account management.
  • Experience managing distributor relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, including international travel.

Compensation:
Salary Range: $104,000 to $130,000 (base salary), with on-target earnings up to $250,000 based on performance.

Work Environment:
