Language Interpreter Job Description
As a Language Interpreter, you will be responsible for
Clearly and accurately interpreting between target language and source language people who have limited proficiency in English
This position will involve over-the-phone and in person interpretation and sight translation of documents
Completing necessary actions to resolve the customers need
Operating standard office equipment and uses required software
Performs other job-related duties as assigned within the job scope
Requirements
Proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling and punctuation errors
Three years combination of education and training, and/or experience in a customer service position
Experience with MS Office software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Time-management skills
High School Diploma
Bilingual in Spanish
