Sales Development Representative (Entry level)

Our client is looking for a motivated individual with a hunger to learn, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a passionate personality to help grow and develop the sales pipeline for their organization. As an SDR, you will help generate qualified leads and grow the pipeline by engaging with prospects and customers to help identify strategic initiatives. You will work directly with the Account Executive team to move your qualified leads forward into a sales cycle. This is a very meaningful position at the top of the sales funnel.  The experience and skills acquired in this role will help kickstart a long and successful career in sales and provide opportunity for advancement.

Responsibilities
• Create and execute strategic prospecting plans to engage with new customers and help find opportunities to expand existing customers adoption of our client’s SaaS based product
• Run discovery calls and meetings to learn more about our prospects’ challenges and projects and then present our client’s offering
• Build relationships, manage, and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
• Pre-qualify opportunities by assessing mutual interest and purchasing power
• Identify the needs and challenges of prospective customers
• Achieve quarterly quotas of sales qualified opportunities for assigned territory Requirements • Strong phone and personal skills

• Previous experience in sales and/or account management is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree
