Audit Manager

Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and ambitious audit professional with recent audit experience at a public accounting firm. You will work to maintain current client relationships, assist in developing new client partnerships, preparing financial statements, compilations, and reviews. This intriguing full-time opportunity will include a hybrid work schedule, quick advancement potential, and a robust compensation package.

• Lead, train, and develop Audit personnel
• Manage, direct, and monitor multiple engagements
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies
• Identify and pursue upsell opportunities within current client relationships as their advisor
• Participate in Audit proposals and manage Audit Engagements
• Manage the preparation of GAAP financial statements
• Communicate effectively with senior and subordinate staff regarding status of work, deadlines, budgets, and client satisfaction Requirements
• 3-8 years of prior experience in public accounting
• CPA certification
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Experience utilizing Wolters Kluwer cloud-based accounting suite
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Detailed oriented & ability to multi-task
