Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in both MIG and TIG welding techniques. The primary responsibility of the Welder will be to weld metal components together to fabricate or repair products, such as machine parts, tools, or equipment, using MIG and TIG welding techniques.

Responsibilities:

- Use MIG and TIG welding techniques to weld various metal components - Read and interpret engineering blueprints, drawings, and specifications - Set up and operate welding equipment and tools - Monitor the welding process to avoid overheating or warping of parts - Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and conformance to specifications - Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools - Follow safety procedures and regulations - Work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 3 years of experience in MIG and TIG welding techniques - Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints, drawings, and specifications - Knowledge of welding safety procedures and regulations - Ability to operate welding equipment and tools - Strong attention to detail and quality - Good communication and teamwork skills - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
