Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled QC Technician to join our team. The QC Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet company standards and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience with blueprint reading, measuring instruments, and experience with UN , Acme, and API threads.

Responsibilities: - Conduct visual and measurement tests on all products before they are released for shipment - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents - Use measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure products meet specifications - Test products for functionality and durability - Maintain accurate records of all tests and inspections performed - Identify and report any defects or non-conformities to management - Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required - At least 2 years of experience in quality control or a related field - Knowledge of blueprint reading and measuring instruments - Experience with UN threads, Acme threads, and API threads - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
