Very busy private practice looking for a General Dentist to join their team. Their entire dental team is dedicated to providing personalized, gentle care for their patients. They practice comfortable, health-centered dentistry with a strong emphasis on understanding the whole patient, while minimizing any negative impact on the environment or patient.

This practice is located just outside the Los Angeles area. Current doctor is booked out 4 – 6 months and the practice brings in 100 new patients per month. This is a hospital bases dentist that treats only children and young adults. There is a huge emphasis on work-life balance. There is also the potential to buy out practice as the doctor owner is looking to retire. New Associate could produce $10k per day.

This will be a rewarding opportunity for a doctor who is looking for clinical autonomy and to enrich the health of their patients. This is a modern practice that uses up to date technology.

Compensation: $700 - $1000 Per Day or 35% of Adj. Gross Production

Job Duties:

• Examine, diagnose, prescribe, and carry out services and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other providers, as well as all other clinical and non-clinical personnel as necessary.
• Uphold the policy, protocol, and procedures which are in compliance with the most current accepted professional standards.
• Improving clinical skills and acumen through participation in continuing education and training opportunities (continuing education support is available). 
• Participate in various community outreach initiatives as necessary.

Required Experience:

• DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in state where providing care (License must be in good standing) or eligible for licensure.
• Other certifications as required by state to include- CPR, DEA, etc.
