Job Description

Join our exceptional dental practice located in the heart of Central Pennsylvania. Nestled in a picturesque small town amidst the Pennsylvania hills and the Susquehanna River, it's a haven for outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy hiking, camping, biking, kayaking, skiing, and snowmobiling. Just a 45-minute drive from a Big Ten University.

We are dedicated to serving the community with outstanding dental care in our state-of-the-art facility. Fully digitized with electronic charts, digital radiographs, a digital scanner, and rotary endodontics, our practice offers the chance to practice all disciplines of dentistry with a full schedule from day one. We offer highly competitive wages.

Perks: 

  • Starting base salary $175,000 or 36% of collections, whichever is higher.  
  • Sign on bonus of $25,000 for two year commitment. 
  • $100,000 in student loan forgiveness through National Health Service Corp.
  • 3% match on Simple IRA.

  • Paid PTO. 2 weeks vacation and 3 sick days. All major holidays 
  • Monday – Friday hours. 4 day work week if desired.

Job Duties:

  • Examine, diagnose, prescribe, and carry out services and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other providers, as well as all other clinical and non-clinical personnel as necessary.
  • Uphold the policy, protocol, and procedures which are in compliance with the most current accepted professional standards.
  • Improving clinical skills and acumen through participation in continuing education and training opportunities (continuing education support is available). 

Required Experience:

  • DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
  • Current, valid license to practice dentistry in state where providing care (License must be in good standing) or eligible for licensure.
  • Other certifications as required by state to include- CPR, DEA, etc.
