Grade 3 Teacher | Full-Time

• Grade Level: 3rd grade

• Salary: $35,000–$45,000 annually (varies by experience)

Responsibilities:

• Teach core elementary subjects including reading, writing, math, science, and social studies

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with grade-level standards

• Foster a positive, structured classroom environment that supports student learning and growth

• Assess student progress regularly and provide targeted support as needed

• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school leadership

• Encourage curiosity, creativity, and confidence in young learners

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred

• Valid teaching certification or eligibility for licensure

• Experience with elementary students strongly preferred

• Strong classroom management, planning, and instructional skills
