Key Responsibilities: 

- Provide direct patient care based on specialty area and unit protocols.

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient treatment plans.

- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document medical histories.

- Educate patients and their families on care plans, medications, and recovery processes.

- Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.

- Supervise and mentor nursing support staff as needed.

Qualifications: 

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

- BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications (as required per specialty).
