Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic RN - Director of Med-Surg to lead our Medical-Surgical unit. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, managing staff, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for patient-centered care and a track record of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

•Provide leadership and strategic direction for the Med-Surg unit.

•Supervise nursing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care and compliance with regulations.

•Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.

•Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.

•Foster a collaborative work environment and promote staff development.

•Ensure patient safety, satisfaction, and positive clinical outcomes.

Qualifications:

•Required: Active RN license

•Education: BSN required; MSN preferred

•Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices

•Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
