Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) to care for patients recovering from surgery, injury, or illness. The RN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and help them regain independence.

Key Responsibilities:

•Monitor and assess patients’ health during rehabilitation.

•Develop and implement personalized care plans.

•Administer medications and treatments.

•Work with therapists to coordinate comprehensive care.

•Educate patients and families on recovery and home care.

Qualifications:

•Current RN license in New York State.

•Experience in rehabilitation nursing preferred.

•Strong communication and teamwork skills.
