Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Critical Care Unit (CCU) Registered Nurse (RN) to provide intensive care to critically ill patients. The CCU RN will work closely with the healthcare team to monitor and treat patients with life-threatening conditions, ensuring they receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities:

•Provide direct care to critically ill patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing life-support equipment.

•Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

•Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care.

•Respond to changes in patient condition, providing timely and appropriate interventions.

•Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes.

•Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

•Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

•Current RN license in New York.

•Experience in critical care or intensive care nursing required.

•Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) preferred.

•Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

•Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.

•Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
