Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) Registered Nurse (RN) to provide critical care to patients with severe and life-threatening illnesses. The RN will monitor patients closely, administer advanced treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:

•Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the MICU.

•Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage life-support equipment.

•Perform advanced clinical assessments and implement individualized care plans.

•Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.

•Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.

Qualifications:

•Current RN license in GA.

•Experience in critical care or intensive care nursing preferred.

•Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) is a plus.

•Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

•Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
