The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven DSCR Loan Processor to take ownership of loan files from application through closing.
This is a hands-on execution role designed for someone who thrives in structured environments, values accuracy, and takes pride in producing complete, compliant, and investor-ready loan files.
You will play a critical role in ensuring each transaction moves forward efficiently, with clarity, organization, and discipline.

- Underwriting conditions are tracked, resolved, and cleared without rework
- Files move through the pipeline without unnecessary delays
- Documentation meets investor standards with consistency
- Operational issues are identified early and resolved methodically
Core Responsibilities
Loan File Assembly & Documentation Control
- Open, structure, and maintain organized DSCR loan files
- Collect borrower, entity, and property documentation
- Verify completeness and accuracy prior to submission
- Maintain consistent file integrity aligned with investor standards
Investor Submission & File Preparation
- Prepare and submit complete loan packages to funding partners
- Ensure all documentation aligns with DSCR program guidelines
- Upload and manage files within investor portals
- Maintain accurate pipeline status and file tracking
Condition Management & Underwriting Coordination
- Track underwriting conditions with precision and accountability
- Coordinate document collection with borrowers and internal team members
- Review incoming documents for completeness and compliance
- Resubmit clean, complete condition responses
Closing Coordination & Execution
- Monitor files from submission through clear-to-close
- Coordinate with title companies, borrowers, and funding partners
- Ensure all closing requirements are satisfied prior to funding
- Maintain visibility across all active transactions
Pipeline Management & Operational Discipline
- Maintain a structured and accurate pipeline tracker
- Provide consistent status updates to internal stakeholders
- Identify potential issues early and escalate appropriately
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
Qualifications
Required
- 2–5 years of experience in mortgage processing, loan operations, or real estate lending
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple files in a deadline-driven environment
- Clear, structured communication skills
- High level of personal accountability and follow-through
Preferred
- Experience with DSCR or residential investor loan programs
- Familiarity with investor submission platforms and document systems
- Experience managing underwriting conditions and closings
- Background in private or real estate investment lending
